We are Little Farm, a market themed restaurant that will be opening its first site in January at the new Amazon headquarters between Liverpool Street and Shoreditch. We are all about simple natural food executed in the best way. We will be doing a Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service, all very different styles of service each unique in there own way. To join our team around Executive Chef Shaun Whatling, we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and talented Sous Chef. As a Sous Chef you will be looking after culinary delights for our restaurant Collins Room, In-Room Dining, Banqueting Events, Blue Bar and our Health Club & Spa.

  • Experience in high volume environments.
  • Strong food and product knowledge, and able to appreciate the finer aspects of food.
  • At least 2 years experience in as similar role.
