We are Little Farm, a market themed restaurant that will be opening its first site in January at the new Amazon headquarters between Liverpool Street and Shoreditch. We are all about simple natural food executed in the best way. We will be doing a Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service, all very different styles of service each unique in there own way.   • Have a good level of food knowledge and / or a willingness to learn and develop your skill set as a chef. You don't have to be a superstar chef but some experience would be a good start
  • Have a good level of written and spoken English
  • Be able to work as part of a small and tight team

To join our team around Executive Chef Shaun Whatling, we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and talented Sous Chef. As a Sous Chef you will be looking after culinary delights for our restaurant Collins Room, In-Room Dining, Banqueting Events, Blue Bar and our Health Club & Spa.

Our restaurants are busy, very busy, so our ideal Sous Chefs will have:

  • Experience in high volume environments.
  • Strong food and product knowledge, and able to appreciate the finer aspects of food.
  • At least 2 years experience in as similar role.
