The story so far..

glh currently operates Amba Hotels, every hotels, Thistle hotels and four luxury London hotels, The Grosvenor Hotel, The Royal Horseguards, The Cumberland and The Tower. We aim to put the entrepreneurial edge back into each individual hotel and to give our owners and developers a ‘New Deal'.

Our ambition is to become the world's best-managed hospitality company, delivering the best guest-centred experience in the industry.

Typically what we look for in the chefs that we hire is ability, an eye for detail, previous and proven experience and a real passion for hospitality.
