Bistrotheque is a modern brasserie, serving a light menu of contemporary dishes.Opened 12 years ago in a two storey unmarked clothing factory between Bethnal Green and Hackney, and has been at the forefront of the boom in East End dining ever since. Over time, we’ve not only built a loyal following of stylish East Londoners who appreciate quality and consistency, but we’ve also added a number of improvements to the restaurant, which include a ninety-eight seat private dining room and a brand new open-plan kitchen recently refurbished with an Adisa cook suite, overlooking the main 100 cover dining room. We are open for dinner Monday to Friday and serve both brunch and dinner Saturday and Sunday.

Our head chef Blaine is currently recruiting for the following roles to join his kitchen brigade and champion our modern brasserie menu.
Chef de Parties
The brigade thrives under pressure and individuals interested in either role should be proactive, keen to learn and aim always to produce the best work possible. The Sous Chef role will suit a skilled junior sous or senior CDP looking for the next step up.
